They did an outstanding job fixing an issue with my car at a fair and honest price. Other mechanics quoted me nearly twice as much for the same repair. Luis is an excellent mechanic! Professional, upfront, and trustworthy. He takes the time to explain the problem and offers the best possible price without any pressure or surprises. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for quality work and honest service.

Car Factory Collision and Paint Center is a true lifesaver! Luis is absolutely professional, fixed two areas on my car flawlessly. He has a very sharp eye for detail and perfectly understood what my car needed. What really stood out to me was his attitude - he is so friendly and genuinely customer-oriented. It’s not a regular conveyor-belt shop where they overcharge you. Luis gave me a great, fair price and treated me with real care. He clearly loves what he does, and it shows in his work. Highly recommend!

Got my bumper fixed here after it got scratched badly, and they did an amazing job with matching BMW’s mineral white paint, it looks brand new. The process was super smooth and professional. Luis kept me updated the entire time and sent photos of the process. On top of that, the price was very reasonable. Definitely recommend if you need any body work or maintenance done.

I called on a Sunday right after I was involved in a hit and run. Luis, the owner helped me the entire way and answered every single question I had. I ended up paying out of pocket instead of dealing with the headache of going through insurance and he didn’t try to overcharge me which made me trust him even more from the start. I was nervous at first since the new OEM bumper had to be painted to match the rest of my car. The job was done with so much love that it looks absolutely perfect, and I was really impressed with how fast I got my car back. If you’re looking for a trustworthy collision and paint shop that puts care and effort into every detail, I promise you this is the place!!
